Water remediation isn't as simple as water extraction and setting out drying equipment. Every loss is different and various factors come in to play. The bathroom shown above is a cat 3 loss caused by the toilet. Because this was a cat 3 loss everything the soiled water came in contact with had to be removed. Our crew performed a complete demo of the bathroom removing the toilet, vanity, tub, floors & walls. Once the demo is complete the real fun begins! Our customer has so many decisions to make. Picking out paint colors, a new vanity, tub, and flooring! We love to see all of our customers satisfied and this one, in particular, was speechless with the outcome of the bathroom repairs!
