Mitigation, Demo & Cleanup in Preparation of Rebuild!

This is a fire loss our crew responded to, the basement suffered severe damage. In the pre picture, you can see the original state of the basement rec room upon our arrival. Our crew was in charge of water extraction, cleaning and packing up all salvageable belongings and discarding the rest. Next, we began to address the structure. We removed the damaged building materials and discarded them. We removed the walls and insulation. All that is left standing is the framing itself. We are in the process of making plans to rebuild this property and get our customers back in their own home as quickly as possible.
